Tips to keep the power bank fast charging:

✔ Please charge the power bank to 100% before first use.

✔ When both USB-A outputs are used at the same time, they are in their normal, non-fast charge state.

✔ The USB-C port is bi-directional and can be used as an input or output port.

✔ Please use the power bank at least once a month to keep the battery cells active.

✔ 50000mAh is the total nominal capacity of the internal battery cells.

Why does the battery level of the power bank show 0 or other numbers instead of showing 100% battery level?

Our power bank is subjected to charge and discharge cycle tests before leaving the factory, so if the rechargeable battery is not 100%, it is a normal situation.

Is the rechargeable battery compatible with my device?

Why is the charging mode not super fast charging when charging two devices at the same time?

The portable charger fast charging battery pack is in non-super fast charging mode when charging multiple devices at the same time. When charging only one device, it is super fast charging.

It takes too long to fully charge a 50000mah mobile phone portable power banks.

When charging your portable charger, it will only take 7-9 hours if you charge it with a fast charger and charging cable. If you use a normal charger and charging cable, it will take 14-16 hours.
