Terms
I try to represent all items as accurately as possible, including details, descriptions and photos. Colors may differ depending on screen settings. Please take the time to familiarize yourself with each shade before purchasing. All items are stored away from any odors, pets, etc. However, if this is a preowned item I cannot guarantee that it was never exposed to any of these things - preowned items come in contact with various people and places. My home is completely smoke-free, but we do have pets... they don't wear makeup or carry purses (& are not allowed in the room items are stored!) so they will have no contact with your items. If you would like more information about an item, or would like to see more pictures, just ask. Most importantly, I absolutely guarantee all of my items to be authentic. I don't buy fakes for myself and I will not sell them to you. For health and safety reasons, cosmetics cannot be returned. However, if you’re unhappy with your item, please contact me right away so we can work out an acceptable resolution.

Shipping
I (usually) ship Monday through Saturday. Whenever possible I ship the same day payment is received. First Class shipping is free; if you need Priority or Express shipping please contact me before you make your purchase.
